I cannot say enough wonderful things about Mickey at Best Motor Works who diagnosed and repaired an issue with our daughter's Mini Cooper today. As she is a student at UF and several hours from home I was concerned her safety in driving with a odd and unusual noise coming from her car. Not only did Mickey find and repair this issue almost immediately he treated her both professionally and financially as if she was a family member. I have been an enthusiastic car fanatic for over 50 years and can say without hesitation that he is easily amongst the best and most honorable mechanics my family has had the good fortune to meet. I can't speak highly enough of Mickey great service, great price always honest and fair. He has been working on my BMW for about a year performing minor repairs. During my last visit Mickey identified the issue and realized it should be covered by BMW. He sent me pictures of the issue to show BMW and sent me to the dealership which fixed the issue at no charge. He could have easily just repaired the issue and charged me and I would have never knows. If you are looking for an independent shop to work on your BMW I recommend Mickey.
