AAMCO Transmissions & Total Car Care

I had a horrible time with this manager . He was not truthful about the expensive $8400 custom ordered transmission. Each time we talked a new amountsl was added. They are not specialist as advertised. The customer service with the manager position was subpar the least.

" I went in about 6 months ago and had my car serviced and was told all the work that I need. It was out of my budget, but after speaking with the staff and having been explained to me the need to have the work done to prevent future damage, I obliged and was able to get Easy financing. I am so glad that Mike took the time to explain to me, and I was able to actually get it done, he understood my financial situation and offered me the most affordable option. I checked around and found out that the work these guys did would have cost me $1,000's more then I was actually charged at AAMCO. Thanks Mike and the rest of the knowledgeable staff there. I took my 2004 BMW in year ago for service and EJ the service manager and the Tech Team made sure I was taken care of, it's been a year now and my car still smooth. Thank you for the cold drinks.
