At 47 years old I've had my fair share of mechanics in my lifetime. This company went above and beyond to make my experience better with them. I drive a Maserati and I'd called the local Maserati dealerships for help, only to find out that they would have needed weeks to repair my car. I'd already heard from multiple friends about Brz Auto Repair and to be honest I was expecting a good service but like I mentioned above, they did everything perfect. The manager showed me all the old parts that needed to be changed and explained why he had changed them, he even showed me the original receipts from Maserati just to prove they were genuine and did a full analysis of the car. As for the price, well that's impossible to beat, original parts and at the end of the day I saved thousands! The owner showed me all the Maseratis he'd worked on previously, which was very ensuring. I picked up a cheap, used Mercedes after I lost my car during Ian. The car started surging, stalling, and smelled like burning oil. He sent a tow truck to Cape Coral, did a full assessment, performed repairs to get me back on the road. And we have a schedule to fix the items that were not urgent. Replaced alternator, 2 co sensors, and a vacuum thing (seriously don't know what the heck it is), he showed me my parts on pickup and charged fair and reasonable prices. My car runs great! I'm going back in a couple weeks for several more repairs. Marcelo was responsive, sensitive to my financial situation, and thorough. Family owned and operated. Very nice people. They've worked on several of my cars as well as some of my family. No complaints! Will bring all my cars to BRZ auto repair. Im do confident in BRZ that I bought my last car from BRZ auto sales. =)
