O’Neill is excellent! I have brought my car here twice for service each time he is always professional. He calls with updates and is always upfront and honest about cost before any work is done .
Absolutely horrible experience. Made an appointment online for 7/22/23 and was traveling from out of town. I get there today, no problem and when I arrive in the shop they tell me my appointment isn’t possible today as they don’t do mechanical work on Saturday’s. When no where on any of the website does it say this, nor any documentation in the store. What an absolute waste of time, will never be going back.
Just needed to get my tire plugged made an appointment this morning for 11 o’clock. It is literally four hours later they haven’t even gotten my car in up on the lift. There’s another person here that has been here six hours and they haven’t even gotten their car looked at yet, I understand sometimes if you get busy, but they are not busy and I can see why
