Now a bit over 3 years, I have a 2002 Dodge Ram 1500 bought new. I took this truck to Carlos it had a bit of rust over the front windshield and I wanted to have the truck repainted. I spoke with Carlos told him I own rental properties and plan on keeping this truck a long time and want the rust repaired and repaint. Carlos ask for $3000.00, this sounds high but I plan on keeping this truck and want it done right. I ask about guaranties and was told I have been here for over 15 years and if there is a problem just bring it in I guaranty all my work. I ask about the rust and was told all the rust would be cut out, new metal welded in and should never rust again. Well in less than 1 year the rust reappeared and the clear coat was peeling off, back to Carlos for repairs. I was told he would fix but this was my fault as I only wax the truck twice a year and need to do more often, for 15 year this truck was waxed 2 times per year, but.
