Awesome experience! Body Craft came highly recommended by a car detailer and it is very easy to see why. The customer service was outstanding. From the moment I arrived and through the entire process the staff was extremely friendly, extremely patient and great with communication, letting me know what to expect, how long it would take and the cost which was very fair. The only thing they got wrong was the time it would be finished. They were one day early! The car looks showroom new and I couldn’t be happier with the work. If you are looking for Quality Auto Body Shop in South Florida and especially have a high-end luxury vehicle, I highly recommend Body Craft. This body shop is not run like your everyday standard body shop. Special shout out to Melissa, the main contact, very efficient, knowledgeable, professional & organized. I have been to several body shops in my lifetime and must say overall very impressed with the quality of workmanship and service Body Craft performed on my BMW.
