Get Lifted Auto Garage

I went in for a simple oil change and got much more than that. Unfortunately the oil filter I bought wasn’t the correct one, so they ordered another and extended my time without hesitation. Great customer service and really nice, clean bays. They like to make conversation and you can tell the regulars like coming here. Customers also bring some of the nicest cars. The tools list was extensive and while I didn’t use anything else other than a wrench or two, I can say I’ll be back with any other projects.

I rented an automotive lift from Get Lifted Auto Garage for 2 hours. I was charged $50/hour for the rental, which is a little high price point considering most automotive technicians charge $80-$90/hour for installations. However, I was also charged for a "full hour extra" after exceeding my reservation by 15 minutes. I find this to be a little unfair. I understand that businesses need to make money, but I believe that in this instance, Get Lifted Auto Garage was taking advantage. Charging for a full hour of rental for only 15 minutes of lateness is excessive, especially if you want to establish a solid customer relationship with your patrons. I planned on going back to the facility to work on my car over the weekend, but after this interaction I will have to look around for another shop. I would not recommend Get Lifted Auto Garage to anyone looking for a reasonable place to work on their car unless you're willing to break your back and spend top dollar doing so.
