I have been getting my cars and truck repaired with Jeff and his family at Auto Tronics for over 10 years. I love the customer service, all friendly employees. I always leave the shop smiling, either because my vehicle was back running again or I got a pretty damn good job done for a good price. I have and always will recommend my family and friends to Jeff his family and his great employees at auto tronics. I wasted my hold day waiting for a brakes change and this people never looked on my car. Very disappointed!!! Jeff, if you want to keep your costumer happy you have to communicate better with your costumer.Time is money!!!

Worst experience ever!! The man in charge was extremely rude. I came in to get 1 part changed on my car and left with more problems. He refused to take any responsibility and tried to change me an additional $100 just to run another diagnostic test on my car. He pretended to look at my car but i still left with the same problems. One of his employees, I’m thankful for him, actual took the opportunity to explain things to me. But, he was the rudest person I ever encountered. DON’T BRING YOUR CAR HERE.
