Getting stuck on 95 3 hours from home after transmission went out is no fun but Steve and Walt’s Transmission shop were a Godsend! They gave us a fair price and explanation of the issues, fixed the transmission thoroughly and in my opinion went above and beyond including helping us get the car towed back home (3 hours!) my car is running great! Took it for a diagnostic they diagnosed within a hr saying I needed a new transmission! Had my car for a week the day I called to check on it said it should be done by end of day but called me 1-2 hrs later telling me I needed $900 more worth of work to replace a radiator! Called me then a day later to tell me my car was ready when my bf went to pick it up all of sudden my ac doesn’t work! They fixed the problem saying it was their fault but when my bf went to pick it up again “oh it was never working that good”! I thought they did honest work but I guess over the years whoever took that place over is becoming a scam artist! After my experience and $5000 later I won’t refer/recommend anyone!
