Michael's British American is the BEST! My previous repair place had a change of management, and it gradually became clear that I needed a new shop. My Toyota was continuing to have strange noises, and I was uncomfortable driving it much more; so I called Michael's British American. They spent hours checking it out, including hooking it up to their computer where they found multiple things that needed to be repaired. Michael gave me easy-to-understand answers to my many questions, kept me updated often as the work progressed, texted pictures or videos of everything he found wrong along with descriptions of what I was looking at. He then sent item by item costs including labor and waited for our approval before ordering parts or beginning any work. He then sent more pictures of the installed repaired parts and called with updates.
