What an absolutely horrible experience. This place is staffed with the worst, sullen, miserable, downtrodden, unhappy antiques on the planet. If you hate your industry so much then it's time to retire the shingle. These people do not care about you or any of your concerns and they make damn well sure you know it. Save yourself the time, trouble and aggravation and take your vehicle to Hansards, great little shop right down the street.

I’m giving 2 stars because at least the young girl at front desk is nice and respectful. I take my jeep in because the battery dies if it’s left for 2-3 days without running. I also ask if they can get the horn working and one of the light bars on top of jeep. They call and say the Cluster in the dash is the problem and it will take two weeks to come in. I ask if the looked at horn and light bar. They said no, not yet. So I ask if they can look at that and call me so I can come get my jeep and bring it back when the new cluster comes in. She says yes. At the end of the day no one has called me so I call to see if it was ready. This is where an older lady gets on the phone to tell me I can not have my jeep back for two weeks until the new cluster comes in. When I explain the other girl told me I can pick it up, she yells at me and tells me what I’m saying is not true. I would have never choose to go without my jeep for two weeks. So, I leave it there and luckily it does get done soone
