On Call Mechanics

I was looking for someone to work on my car while I was out of town and I was surprised that I found Lowell just in time before I had to leave. He was extremely honest and straight forward with me on everything. We both did a full run down of every issue and possible cause and fix, he took his time to listen to my concerns, and worked with me throughout the entire process. Quality work for sure.

I came here because of the amount of good reviews I read, boy was I wrong. He talked down to me and treated me like I was just a dumb girl. He had my car for two days for no reason that he didn’t explain and refused to give me any information as to what work he did on my car. I also had to pick up my car from another shop because he didn’t want to give it to me and failed to inform me that he wasn’t going to be present for when we had agreed for me to pick up my car. He tried shoving his beliefs of becoming a vegan and atheist down my throat and i was so uncomfortable, i had to leave. Not to mention he also flicked me off for having an iPhone. He was incredibly unprofessional, and made me feel very uncomfortable in the shop. I do not recommend it.

My 2015 RV parked in a storage facility had a starting problem. Found Lowell on the web. He was adamant about not wanting to come service it because he didn't want me to have to pay for something that was still under factory warranty. Logic dictates that if it doesn't start, you can't drive it to the dealer. After several minutes going back and forth on the phone, he relented and met me at the site. Best thing that happened to me that day as I met a dedicated, capable and honest mechanic with a most pleasant smile and personality. An extremely rare find. Made me feel like we knew each other a long time. He is now our permanent family mechanic. Highly recommended. D.
