Excellent, Professional & timely services. I would never take my BMW anywhere else but to New Germany Parts & Repair. The owner, Ketchron, is an expert in German Cars. Ketchron and his staff are the best at what they do! I highly recommend this place. I had mechanical issue with my 2012 bmw x5 and i took it to the BMW stealership and my truck was there for 30 day's and they gave me wrong diagnostic. New Germany resolved my truck problem in 2days. Which i could give them 10 stars.
I definitely recommend New Germany Part & Repair not only for BMW service, but for any foreign or luxury car. Amelia the Office Manager is very professional, responsive and friendly. Ketchron and his team of mechanics are very knowledgeable. They are transparent, efficient and won't try to upsell or overcharge you.
