It's Saturday, a little busy, but that is to be expected. I walk in with no appointment for an oil change the 2-hour wait is again to be expected. I came to KOVAC AUTOMOTIVE because PEP BOYS decided to DOUBLE the price of the oil change with the oil and filter that I purchased. CAPITALISM and CORPORATISM at their very BEST!!! Thank God for companies that still have reasonable prices for the Customer like KOVAC AUTOMOTIVE.????????????????????????
These guys are genuine and honest mechanics. Worth every penny. Very courteous, professional and they don't try to sell you on stuff you don't need. Hard to find a good mechanic you can trust in South Florida but these guys are the real deal.
The team here is so kind and helpful. I was very stressed out over an issue with my car. They were thorough and ran tests and test drove my car. Because they did not find any issues, they did not charge me, even for all the time they spent. They offered great service and everyone that I spoke with was pleasant. I will now be switching to them for my regular maintenance.
