Terrible!! Stay away!! FRAUD! Dishonest!!! Charged us for new parts, replacement and repair and did not do any of it. I had to take it somewhere else after problems continued. The new auto repair company showed me the old parts were still there and no repairs were done. I called Charlie's Auto repair, but no answer. Truly disappointed and frustrated.
