Very disappointed by the actions of the owner I went in several times before for a problem that was never resolved. I was charged on two different occasions for other items but they never resolved my problem it always seems that you go in and something new pops up that they want to charge you. I've been in the automotive industry 30 years and it's the first time that I go to a repair center and they suggest something and then you have a bill that pops up on your receipt that you never had any idea that they were going to charge you so as far as the type of treatment very unprofessional and I would not go there again. they advertise it being a AAA center but it's far from it. I've been with AAA for many years and it's it is the very first time that I've had this type of treatment.

First the name is not "Quality Auto" It is A1 Auto repair. I went there once when it was recommended by AAA as Quality Auto. My husband took my Mitsubishi Montero there, under New Owner and they did not know how to fix it. Truck was shaking badly.. 3 times, they said they fixed it and they told us to take it, drive it, and bring it back if issue was not fixed. Still not fixed. They've adjusted the cable throttle from the cable. This is Not the way it should have been done. The mechanic did not know how to raise the RPM for this car. EGR Gasket was put in the wrong position. Idle was adjusted using an " idle screw" We paid over $2000 for this job and had to pay another shop an extra $416 to undo what they did. They were just "winging it" with this truck. We have all receipts from them and next shop that showed what they did wrong. They gave us the run around and did Not want to rectify the issue so had to post. Service: Auto maintenance

MARINE RUSSO SINCE THE PREVIOUS OWNERS JULIE N EDDIE FIGEROUA)(WHO RAN THIS REPAIR SHOP LIKE A WELL OILED MACHINE FOR 20 PLUS YEARS)(I BROUGHT MY 1999 HONDA CAR ACCORD TO THEM FOR 5 PLUS YEARS)(THEY TREATED ME LIKE FAMILY NO SHEET)(ALWAYS CHECKED THE PROBLEM)(N LET ME KNOW BEFORE DOIN ANY WORK??(THEY WOULD TELL ME TO COME IN N LOOK OVER THE REPAIR ESTIMATE??(THEY EXPLAINED THE WORK TO BE DONE??(HOW MUCH IT WOULD TOTALLY BE INCLUDING TAX??(IF THERE WAS ADDITIONAL WORK THEY WOULD CALL ME TO COME IN TO THE REPAIR SHOP)(THEY POINTED OUT TO ME WHAT OTHER PROBLEMS THEY FOUND)(N GIVE ME AN UPDATED ESTIMATE WITH THE ADDITIONAL WORK TO BE DONE)(I WOULD GIVE MY AUTHORIZATION IN WRITING THE DATE TIME N WHEN THE CAR MIGHT BE DONE)(AND ALSO SHOWED ME ALL THE PARTS THAT WERE BAD)(N MOST IMPORTANTLY IF THEY BROKE SOMETHING THEY WOULD TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY)(UNLIKE THIS NEW OWNER JAY)(I BROUGHT MY CAR IN THERE TO CHECK N ENGINE NOISE N OIL LEAK)(JAY CALLED ME N SAID YOU HAVE A BROKEN BALANCE SHAFT
