I had a wonderful experience with Auto Works Collision, who were highly recommended to me by State Farm for a major paint job. They were able to squeeze me in for an estimate on short notice. On September 23, I brought my car in for an inspection and estimate. Even though I called to follow up I did not receive any estimate from this shop until October 14, at which point my car had already been repaired at the actual dealership (for $900 less than this shop's quoted amount). This place clearly does not value a new client's time or potential business and therefore I would not recommend them. Also, beware, don't assume a shop will be cheaper than going to the actual dealership for repairs-- go ahead and shop around and take your time price comparing. In the end, this shop's untimeliness worked in my favor. If it took this long just to get an estimate, I can't imagine how long my car would have been held hostage during the process of actual repairs.

If I can rate this place more than five stars, then I would! I received a phenomenal service with Autoworks Collision and Paint. Very trustworthy place with reasonable prices and high quality work. My car was in need of a fender repair and I was trying to find the best place to do it for a very long time. I saw that this place have a lot of excellent ratings on Google, so one day my mom and I came by to give it a try. Despite Guy, the owner, being really busy, he made an effort to provide my mom and me with a rough estimate rather than telling us to leave and come back. The fender was done in a reasonable time frame as promised. When Guy called me stating that  my car was ready, he and his wife were nice enough to arrange a time for me and my mom to pick up the car at our convenience.
