Actually the best shop experience i’ve had. Pulled in for a quote and he fixed my headlight issue within 5 minutes. Never going to a different shop for my needs.

My Mercedes C-300 had a small coolant pipe leak and the the dealership wanted to charge me an outrageous price for the repair. I went to two other mechanics in the area for second opinions and I had a hard time getting a mechanic to simply provide a quote for the repair since this was my first Mercedes. I stumbled upon RBK as almost a last resort and gave them a call. Reald answered and immediately said to bring the car over and he'll take a look and give me quote. When I pulled in to the shop I noticed all of the high end German cars being serviced and I knew I was at the right place! Reald was extremely honest, attentive and professional when I was communicating my issue. He found the part and gave me a quote within a few minutes of being there. He even offered to start the repair that day but I needed my vehicle. When I later brought the car back in, he and his team completed the repair in no time at all. He was very upfront with all of the timing through the whole process as well.

RBK auto repair did a wonderful job fixing up my car. I couldn't be more pleased with their service, pricing, professionalism, and friendliness throughout the process. I'd definitely use them again. Highly recommended ✌????
