BEWARE! Not trustworthy people!!! My husband and I have used the old owner of New Hope Auto Repair before and were very happy. My husband took his truck into the new owner last week because his work truck was running rough and was accelerating up and down while stopped. My husband took it in and met the new owner and decided to give him a shot. He called us and said we needed a new control valve and some sort of evaporator part. He told my husband $450 out the door. We wanted to get a 2nd opinion and were going to pick it up. They called us back and said it would be $107 for the diagnostic. After talking about it we decided to just move forward and have them fix it. They called the next day to say it was ready. The owner then told me it was going to be $485 after telling both my husband and myself $450 out the door. I brought that up and he said "Oh okay, yes I'll change it." Okay no big deal. My husband uses it today for the first time and it is doing the same thing it was doing when
