Cooper’s was quick to fix the Charlie’s mistakes! Take your Napa desires to Cooper’s on Hercules. Charlie’s is NOT the place for a personal experience. They’re strictly business and had 0 desire sending one of their customers off in fixed vehicle. Charlie didn’t receive power to the camshaft sensor after replacement yet still charged $400 and the camshaft sensor is still coding!! His reason : “the wire connecting the two is bad” Yet since I, the non licensed, never been under the hood of a car, with 0 knowledge of any wire problems customer didn’t suggest him to fix the wire…. Well he didn’t. Not once did he reach out to suggest his He’s got to be told what to fix or he will NOT fix it. Personally, every other auto shop experience has been the exact opposite of that Thank you Coopers!!! Service: Engine repair

Took my truck in for an oil change and a tire rotation, and told them my truck was making a loud squeaking noise that was not coming from the breaks. When I came to pick it up, i was told that they did not hear any squeaking at all coming from the truck. The lady at the desk became extremely agitated/rude when my girlfriend and i explained that it is a high pitch noise, and my girlfriend described it as ear piercing. I personally rode with Charlie in the truck, and the noise was extremely obvious, and he basically laughed off the “ear piercing” comment, which was made in reference to the high pitch tone of the noise. After getting back to the shop, Charlie said I could leave my truck there so he could look into it further. This was after my truck was at their shop for 7 hours. This is my second negative experience of this type here, and it is apparent that they have no regard for their customer’s concern or time. Will not be returning and would recommend others to avoid.

Thanks' Charlie I have had a 2008 GMC Acadia since new, a recent repair and transmission reprogram and at 170k miles, I'm getting the best mileage ever, somehow 5 miles more a gallon average. Wow! never have we seen average mileage over 20 mpg. Is Charlie smarter than all of GM.....maybe Service: Transmission repair
