Made an appointment and when I arrived they brought my vehicle in right away. I had requested some work done which I thought might help a small vibration but they told me it wasn't necessary. They verified all systems and did some small maintenance and charged me $15. They could have made hundreds but did only what was required. While there, a number of people stopped in with a variety of issues that they just described. They provided the people with ideas and suggestions that they could do on their own as well as advice for things that their service station could do to help. I would trust this repair shop again. I did try to drop my vehicle off the night before but because they lock all vehicles up behind a fence, that wasn't possible. There may be a way to do it but I didn't check. Just keep that in mind if you plan on doing the same thing.

Very clean shop with excellent mechanics and prices that are in line with other areas shops. Had my Chrysler Pacifica in for the 100k check. They performed several preventative maintenance items plus some brake work. Am very happy with the work performed and feel they can be trusted.

Tom’s automotive is a great place to take your vehicle! Donny and the team are very kind, caring and professional! I didn’t get the news I wanted on my car, but he delivered the bad news with kindness and care and offered a couple of different options. I’m thankful I was referred to Tom’s automotive. I have sent family members there already. I will continue to bring my new car their for maintenance and service as needed.
