Their customer service is the worst The managers doesn't know anything I him a question he said he don't know and it was a very simple question something he should know pertaining to the business. I would not recommend anyone to buy anything from this company.

Had great experience with gentleman behind counter yesterday, very informative especially the assistant manager Dan, he and Jose gelled well together, then things turned for worse when all of sudden store manager came from out of office and acted like a leader of a POW camp, you could easily see the disgruntled emotions of the assistant manager as he demanded in an awful way to him. It was clear as day how he played favorites and didn’t hesitate to show this. For this reason I chose to then walk out of store and went around corner to purchase my aftermarket wheels and tires. Leaders should lead by example and the way this manager after it’s amazing people still there working for him. I wish you all the best but this won’t happen until you change managers

I needed some new tires all around, so I looked them up online. The online website is easy to manage. I found what I was looking for and put my information. The next morning AJ the district manager, who was working in the Bradenton office called me and left a message. I really like that about him he knows his stuff. The tires I ordered online was going to take about 10 business days to come. What happens next you ask my new buddy AJ calls me and says I have those tires and rims already in the store and they are a bigger size “which didn’t bother me at all honestly I wanted the bigger size anyway”. He asked me do I want them instead and I can get them installed the next day. I was floored with joy. That day I scheduled my appointment for the next day. Soon as I walked in AJ was waiting for me. I really enjoyed these guys today all the team members are nice and friendly. It was an amazing experience they treated me as family. I would definitely recommend this establishment if you are loo
