Terry and his team made my not so great day so much better! The battery died in my 2013 Toyota FJ and within 30 minutes they had it replaced and I was back on the road again. It is impossible to exaggerate how seedy, underhanded, and dishonest Mark was with me. Over twenty four years of driving, I have owned five vehicles and interacted with scores of mechanics. This is the only negative review I have ever written. Actually, this is the only negative review I have ever written about any business ever. After my front tire blew out, I had it towed to Gulf Auto based on a recommendation. Not only did Mark replace the front driver’s side tire, but he replaced the passenger one as well, claiming it was low. He also replaced all the lug bolts, suggesting those were bad as well. When I explained to him that I might have a warranty on all of the tires at another place, he assured me he was going to save the bad tires, so I could take them in for a refund. A few hours later, Mark called back and said that my initial expense of $600 for both tires was now going to be over $1500!
