***BEWARE***I wouldn't recommend the shop on my worst enemy if you want to deal with people who have no value in customer service whatsoever and have no idea how to actually do work on a vehicle based off the reason that they try to give me my truck back with my kids riding in it with a bent steering knuckle that was halfway hanging off the wheel I almost got in a wreck risking my kids lives all at the cost of this negligence of the shop telling me my truck was ready and sent me on my way like I said people do your due diligence and do some research. The owner's name is Rick and he is the worst one in the whole shop surprisingly everybody follows his bad attitude around and his bad customer service skills perhaps they need a better leader

Outstanding customer service and excellent quality in workmanship. I was rear-ended in Dec 2022 and fought for months with the other persons insurance company. I had originally taken my car to the dealership collision center for repairs. After months of waiting, fighting, and no help from the dealership, I finally went through my own insurance. GT Graphics was who my insurance company recommended. I wish I would have just gone to them in the first place. After dealing with the previous collision center I was super frustrated. GT Graphics listened to every concern and answered every single question. I have been hard pressed to find a place in Manatee county that treats customers with decency and respect. Especially as a woman, I have often come across issues with being taken advantage of or talked down to when it comes to car repairs. Not this place! I highly recommend this company for all your auto paint needs because it's not just a paint job, it's your needs and wants! They have excellent customer service; kudos to David, Misty, and to there staff, who work out in the heat to provide a service!
