Met with Pete and even though I was quoted a little higher than what was online for 4 tires, he made it right in the end and still beat pep boys on price- very kind, courteous, and respectful - inside can use a bit of cleaning but it’s a mechanic shop, very spacious and accommodating, will be coming back - thanks again!!

Great customer service staff. It was a crazy day and I kept having to change my drop off time and they were very nice about it and accommodating to the time changes. Once I dropped off the car they kept me in the loop the whole time my car was being looked at for warranty work done in another state. I was very appreciative that honored the repair work since it was quite extensive when I first got the work done in another state. They were honest and forthcoming about this work and other work I needed. I would highly recommend this shop for all your repairs.

Needed tires in a emergency, Pete went above and beyond to help me out. Nice to see a business appreciate you spending your hard earned money with them. Great price on tires as well. Thanks again Pete and the Firestone staff.
