I reveived exceptional service. The advisor and other employees were "top shelf". While having collision damage was unfortunate, the repair process was a breeze.
The lack of communication was the worst part of the job. I had to call them the day that the job was supposed to be done twice to find out the car wouldn't be ready. The second time they wouldn't even return my call, I had to get my claim adjuster involved. He even said that they didn't return his calls and emails. The manager even admitted they were behind and didnt return multiple customer's calls. Keep this in mind when considering this place for your repair.
Caliber Collision did an excellent job. From check in to pick up.The staff was were polite and helpful. My car was really way before the estimated time.
