Made an appointment a day ahead for an oil change for 12 noon. I came here at 11:45am today and they told me they don’t take appointments for oil change… I said ok fine. They changed the tires on 10 cars that came after me and I’m still waiting here for the oil change. It’s been 3hrs already and they still didn’t even start working on my car… what a mess. Make an appointment- this will allow for speedy service. These guys out at Walmart in boynton are good. They will take good care of your vehicle. They took good care of mine. Had 2 tires replaced mounted and balanced
Needed new tires and came after 5p. Guy at desk said service was closed only appointment only. I'm good with the process if that's their system but just disappointed with the customer service. He showed no cared. As if he was saying we can't help you figure it out.
