Walked in to an empty counter where customers were waiting to be helped. An older gentleman walked in from the back with an entitled approach to customer service. Didn’t greet the customers even after being greeted by us. Proceeded to ask me what I needed. Told him I had a reservation for a U-Haul rental. I’ve rented the same trailer more than 1000 times at various places throughout Broward and Miami. Trailers are rented for 24 hour time period for a flat rate. The store or vendor has an obligation to honor reservations in the order they are received. So, understandably, if a reservation is made for a later time than yours and is at a time prior to the 24 hour time period, then they need to know that you will return it at a time conducive to honor the earlier reservation.
