Best auto repair place I’ve been to - EVER! Brought my son’s older Mazda in with close to 200k miles. It left in much better shape than we brought it in. Dave, Johnnie, and Noah do make it seem like your car is being repaired by a family member. Friendly service! Customers smiling! Pricing more that fair - not trying to upsale unnecessary repairs. They do it right at Family automotive!
Family Automotive seems to be exactly that! Kind, down to earth, knowledgeable and friendly mechanics, who changed the oil in my car and were prompt, reasonably priced, and when I queried about tires, they were totally comparable to Costco in pricing. I will definitely go back there for my car service needs! Highly recommended!
Always honest and do a great job. I drive all the way from west palm because they never rip you off. John explains everything and whether it necessary now or can wait, he is always upfront about costs and never does any work without your approval. David who is at the front and usually answers the phone is funny and has a dry sense of humor that I always enjoy when I'm there. Highly recommend 10/10!!!!
