I was with my Aunt Suzie during her experience with Shores Automotive. Billy and his team had amazing customer service. He was honest and super helpful. His genuineness and customer service was far above other BMW places I've been to. Thanks for being amazing, I recommend Shores Automotive 1000% .

Most honest service shop I ever experienced that offered genuine service. Provided a free diagnostic on my BMW and explained, in detail, a quote of all that was needed. Unfortunately, my car was too far along and would of cost more to fix than what it was worth. Billy Craven could have easily “nickel and dimed” me on trying to fix. Instead, he provided his honesty opinion. Thanks again Billy!
