The Owner Sam Naimat is outstanding. When they write another book about customer service it should be all about Sam. He is an excellent technician and honest! He gets 6 stars for how he conducts business. Alan Arnold
I'm very impressed and happy with Boca Star. I took my 2008 E350 in for service and am happy with the work completed. You'll know this isn't any ordinary shop as soon as you pull your car into the bay. Sam immediately put the car on the lift and we walked around it, top to bottom, inspecting everything together. You'll see exactly what needs to be done (Unlike the dealer where they just print out a checklist and tell you to sign on the dotted line). When I picked the car up, the engine bay was completely cleaned - looked brand new (Dealer NEVER did this). Experienced, honest, punctual, and competitively priced. I'll definitely be back if/when my car needs anything!
Extremely conscientious, responsive, friendly place. Sam goes above and beyond, over and over. Trust him implicitly. Fair prices. Highly recommend.
