They didn’t screw the plug under the truck like they should had. Now my truck needs work done on the motor. Sad thing is I check everything after they are done so the oil was in there when I left. But doesn’t no good when they don’t tighten the plug
Got my battery replaced for my 2013 Ford Escape, it took 80 minutes tops. Fast service, but customer service reps did not seem to be happy being there. Overall, very happy with service. Price on battery was great, a hundred bucks. Better than Pepboys for four hundred. I would recommend this place
Got me in and out within an hr and I was a walk in. You probably have a better chance getting in if you come early in the morning but no guarantee. They are Appointment only so call to schedule first.
