Master Muffler & Brake Center

I wish I could give no stars because the service my son received was unimaginable dangerous. He paid to get new brakes and after driving about 3 miles the brakes were smoking, so he took the car back and the guy said it's supposed to do that at first. Well after 2 days the brakes was still smoking and making noises. He took the car back again but the guy said he didn't have time to look at it and to bring it back. 3 times my son bought his car back and still the same reply. He didn't have time to look at it. Well my son shipped his car to Texas because he moved there and the entire wheel on one side started smoking. Another mechanic looked at the brakes and said there was no brake pad on that side of the car. That man failed to put a brake pad on the other side of his car and the brakes completely failed. His Negligence almost caused my son his life and others. I will take this further because this is bad service.

Contacted Master muffler about having an exhaust system installed on a jeep Cherokee, spoke with Scott he gave me drop off instructions..upon doing so filled out some very brief paperwork and returned home. Couple hours later I got a call stating that Jeep was ready! Scott is very knowledgeable and is a master at his craft. I will be referring master muffler to my friends and family. Service: Exhaust
