A.O.K. Tire Mart

Wake up this morning tire going flat called them for a quote 35 40 while my tire is getting more flat psi is on 5 I drive there the price change 130 two used tire and tell me I wasn’t talk to him on the phone and I hear the other mechanic talk in the back about my price I was quoted mad rude put my spare for 10 I was already hot they put it on down the steet they got tire on for 50! I recommend not going there when you having a flat! Do better

I’m not the one to complain, but that was the worst service ive ever had in my entire life at any tire shop. Also, I’ve been all over the United States. They charged $42.50 to plug a tire ridiculously overpriced. The people in the office are literally retarded. They are slower than molasses going uphill in a blizzard. They have no customer service skills whatsoever. I felt like I lost Bran sells standing in the office, waiting for two hours for them to plug a tire when they had nothing to do. The actual workers that plugged the tire We’re awesome they did a great job. They plugged my tire within 10 minutes. I would never come back here again and I would never recommend this company to anybody there is a tire shop right next-door to the Wawa that plugs tires for 8 dollars and you’re in and out in 10 minutes altogether plus way better customer service then AOK tires could ever dream of.

Got there at 9:30 am was told it’ll be around 2hours to get to me and I was ok with that. 6 hours later I was told its my turn. Then I look up and another person was ahead of me. 6 hours wasted, time is money. So I had to walk out .
