I love my car, and was scared by an estimate from another shop. Mike helped me out, they sent me a great inspection report, and got my buddy back to me with substantial savings. Not saying I got a cheap fix at all, they are very professional and did a great job, even picked my car up from my job. I'm very confident in them. Earned my business the right way.

Where do I start? 1. I was trying for a week to find someone who could take my car in for engine issues. Everyone was “booked two weeks out”, but Campanella’s took me in immediately, the very next day after I called which was great. 2. They offered to pick me up and drop me off when needed while my vehicle was being worked on. They came on time, and the driver was really nice. 3. Their customer service and mannerisms are top tier. All of the staff are always kind and willing to make things work if your schedule is tricky. 4. They found exactly what was wrong with my vehicle (Pepe boys and Firestone couldn’t), and fixed it. Once I got my vehicle back I no longer heard the ticking sound and my baby was all better! 5. After finishing my service they provided a link with a list of repairs they made with pictures of my vehicle to show what was done. I looovveeddd that!! 6. After taking my car to Paul Campanella's due to a flat tire they performed a full inspection of my vehicle. Jason personally went through the whole inspection with me and put everything into one of three categories. He informed me of what work was necessary, the things I could perform on my own, and things that were manufacture recommendations but not necessary. I was so grateful for his complete honesty. It was so refreshing that he didn't try to upsell me or get me to agree to work that was not needed. It was so humanizing for a mechanic to tell me the things I can easily do at home for a fraction of the price they would charge. I recommend this place to everyone! Service: Auto tire replacement
