Called the night before to schedule an appointment for an oil change, was told they do not take appointments and to show up at 8:00 a.m. when they open. I showed up at 8:00 a.m. when they opened before going to work, but nobody was there, doors were locked. Was approximately six other people waiting in front of me as well for them to open. Note: I waited 21 min before deciding to leave.
Damien and his team are amazing. They are attentive and compassionate to each situation. They may not have been the cheapest quote I received for 4 new tires, but they ordered them and put them on the quickest, with the most pleasant customer service. And for that, I’ll pay a little more for so I’m not without a car for longer than necessary.
Brad and his team are honest and knowledgeable about repairs needed and pricing is fair. Use Foulk Road automotive for all my cars.
