I have used Ed's auto repair for years. He has worked on my Dodge Pickup, my Ford mustang, my son's Volvo and my current Honda CRV. I trust him so much with all my vehicle's I now take my company work truck in for him to service. He is always honest and up front with his pricing and his turn around time for repairs is great. As a young woman, I had a terrible experience at Ed's Auto Repair. I trusted the technicians with my vehicle, and to be honest, they tried to charge me 110 dollars for a simple oil change. They lied and claimed that I hadn't provided them with the make, model, and year of my vehicle, even though I had called ahead to confirm that they were aware of those details and to get an estimated price, which they claimed should have been "in the 60-dollar range." They proceeded to say “just come and pick the car up I’m not going to arguing over a little oil change I don’t even want to work on the car” CarMax needs to remove them of repair pal they don’t need their loyal customers coming here extremely rude!!! I would not recommend coming here this was my first experience and it was terrible!!!!! If I could give them no stars I would
