A tree had fallen onto my car damaging the roof, trunk, windows. From the estimate until my car was finished CarStar staff provided timely and easily understandable information on the repairs and timeline. Had to get body work done to the car from an accident superb job went there the other day to get a tire taken off due to the lug nuts and they didn't want to charge me anything. I still paid them for the service. Excellent job in excellent people
I swiped my truck on the tree avoiding the deer and damaged entire passenger side. This shop was on my insurance list to go to if I choose to. When I called they were able to get me in right away for check appointment.
