Reds & Sons Auto Repair

I was buying a car and found myself directly in front of Reds on my test drive. I asked “the boss” if he could spare 5 minutes to look under the hood to give it a once over (for a fee of course) he said no he had “all this work” and he didn’t have 5 minutes. I didn’t use this service or get scammed or anything, it just seems like a little common decency and professional courtesy could have taken place here. How hard could it have been to look at it for the most basic of once overs? I have a fleet of work vehicles and was excited to find this local place to add to my roster of shops. Needless to say… I’ll be staying far away. Terrible customer service will always be a red flag for me. Glad to see they have so many happy customers, maybe it was a one off situation but I felt very unwelcome.

Best mechanics, trustworthy, and explains in detail what is done. Great prices that are reasonable! Also great customer service! I appreciate the hard work that Nelson and his crew dose. Thank you!

Nelson has been a truly reliable owner and mechanic and his estimates on repair costs are on point. No surprises, no extra costs incurred. He stickes to his promises and gets the work done. Doesn't get much better than that!
