I called 3 other towing companies in Waterbury; one forgot about me and left me waiting, the other never returned my call when they said they would, and the other said I would have to wait 2 days. Julio responded to my call right away and sent his driver to me in 20 minutes. Julio worked on my car and gave me an excellent, fair price. It was done in less than a day. Will definitely call again in the future when needed.
Jan 30, 2023 KIA Roadside Assistance assigned this "business" at approx 0830 to tow my vehicle to the dealer. After two hours, KIA called them back and was told Auto Core was running late. After another hour or so, KIA called again and was told Auto Core cancelled the tow. I called both the company and driver during the wait and received no answers. Poor, poor telephone customer service as well.
Awesome customer service! Very fast in and out with a bonus of reasonable very competitive prices. Used tires have more tread than any other tire shop around. Can’t recommend these guys enough especially if you have low profile tires german vehicles etc. Save their number trust me!!!!! Service: Tire change
