P & C is the best! Not only was I able to get a next day appointment for my vehicle, they understood that I needed it for a road trip, and had it completed in 1 day. They explained everything, prices are more than fair, and always take the time to make sure your vehicle is done properly. Sadly, I had a poor experience. My truck wouldn't start so I had it towed to this shop. After about 2 weeks I was called and told the starter was the issue. Starter was replaced and the truck still did not work. A week or so later I was called and told a wire had been found that was broken/ mouse damage and repaired. $530 got my truck back and I found an under-carraige panel still in the backseat with attachment bolts missing. The truck stopped working again a day later when I tried to start it again. When I called up for more specifics about the wire that was repaired I was told that a wire had not been repaired just that the battery terminals had been cleaned. Last night I inspected the battery terminals and found that they had not been cleaned. They were rusted and corroded. So sad. Services: Electrical repair, Auto engine diagnostic

Can't believe it took me this long to make a review! Best shop locally. Hands down. And this is coming from someone who literally went to almost every shop in this area. Best customer service by the managers and crew expecially down to explaining issues and seeing next course of action to ensure the vehicle is safe. My whole family now uses this shop with close to 10 vehicles being serviced here this year alone! Very glad to use P&C and will continue to suggest them to friends and family locally.
