Do not recommend!Went in for tire balance and alignment due to shaking of steering wheel. They didn’t even test drive car before or after. A few days later shaking was back and worse than before at high speed then a noise starting on the driver left side. Took it to another mechanic and my wheel was about to fall off. They never tighten my lug nuts all the way. Shaking was still there. So I got the balance checked at another local shop and they didn’t even balance the wheels right. Never again

Customer Service reached out quickly to let me know that there was a more convenient appointment time that would work for me. The day of, Nick was friendly, insightful, and great at conversation. For what I needed to get done, all was complete in a reasonable amount of time. Will be back for future service I may need.

Each time, I have called them, for any issues with my car, I were nevered turned away. These men are quick and very efficient. I don't ever have to wait for a long period of time. I truly appreciate the entire staff at the Southington, CT Firestone. They are great! ????
