I called at 3pm and asked if they could do a wheel balance for my car today. They said as long as I made it before 5, no problem. Dave greeted me, very kind and gentle demeanor, and asked if I wanted to apply for a Firestone card to get $20 off today. I was declined a couple times in the past. But to my surprise I was approved. Overall excellent experience.

Wonderful service by Brad & his team. I was visiting the area this past weekend with my teenage son when I experienced an issue with my Jeep Cherokee running hot to the point of nearly overheating. I stopped in around 10:30am Sunday, explained my situation & that I had a nearly 5 hour drive ahead of me to get home that night. Despite them being busy with booked appointments, Brad took a look at my Jeep & didn't feel comfortable just putting coolant in & sending me on my way. They took it in for an inspection & found the radiator was leaking. They went right to work to replace the radiator & thermostat and had me on my way in less time than originally estimated. Although the situation was less than ideal, they did everything they could to help me out when they could have just said no they were booked.
