Terrible. The did nothing right. They cried my key couldn't fit in the ignition, questioning me numerous of times if I got the keys mixed up with another vehicle, they labeled it "wrong key" on my invoice, they cried that my car wouldn't start so I had to pay extra for "dolly service", they cried that they placed bags over my window because of the rain, labeled it "exceptional service" and charged me $50 for the bags LOL although the seats are still soaking wet. I called Lil Pete's towing and the smart, patient, experienced young man was able to start my car, roll the windows up, and DRIVE it onto his flatbed. He did not cry nor was he rude. These people treated me like an inconvenience and they also treated me like I was a criminal because the state police called my car in because the original tow truck company from my insurance company was very aggressive with me and the police did it for my safety. I was involved in a accident and I couldn't think of a better place to call than Parkway. I called in after hours and one of the owners Jeff called me back and was willing to let me drop of the vehicle. He gave me all the necessary information for next steps and how to proceed. My car is in the shop and I know they'll do a good job! highly recommend this place. its family run and probably the best ones out there doing it the longest.
