Never come here. Not only did it take over 4 hours for a routine brake job, but they charged us $1,200 for it. Brake jobs are always way too expensive for no reason whatsoever and usually I’d do them myself but we had no time. We dropped the car off early, only to find out the mechanic was late by an hour. He then spends over three hours doing rear brakes. (disk, easy) It is now noon, and I have work soon. The employee then yells at the other employees and calls them all morons in front of the customers inside. My car then gets “done” and gets taken for a test drive. It comes back and gets put on the lift because they messed the rear brakes up. Finally it gets finished. I leave the parking lot and hear tons of noise. By then I have to take my husbands car to work and he takes the car to work on it. After inspecting the car, none of the pads had any grease on them, they were jammed into the caliper so they were gonna get stuck to the rotor, and the heat shield on all four tires was rubb

One star is way to much for this place. They charged me around 1,700 dollars for a noise and pulling sensation my car had. The next two days had to bring back my car to them because the noise and pulling sensation was still there. They told me that probably the motor mounts they installed were defective and that probably my car had transmission damage. Seriously? Really? Why they didn’t tell me straight up so I could have decided not to waste time and money getting it fixed. They just wanted my money!! I told the manager that I wanted my money back because the issue was not fixed/resolved. They denied my money back. I kept asking for a tel number of the big boss. Finally they gave it to me but with an attitude. I called a lady named Lorraine. I explained everything that happened. She helped me all the way and told me that these people from Monroe at Newington took advantage of me and my money. She helped me all the way that my money was refunded back to me. The guys that work here are very knowledgeable, kind, and professional. I will always come to this shop specifically because I always leave happy. I have been going to this particular shop for years now with a few different cars and have never had a bad experience. Each time I go there are different employees and they all know their stuff. My most recent trip there, yesterday, was great, I had my oil changed and tires rotated after they did a complete inspection and the mechanics had my husband go back and take a look at the car while up on the lift, they're very thorough. I definitely recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their vehicle.
