I bought a used car from Bryon’s Auto and was unsure of what to expect buying a car from somewhere other than a dealership. I’m happy to say the staff was very helpful and showed no negative signs of the “used car salesman” stereotype. They took their time to explain what issues my car had and exactly how they repaired any issues. 5/5 stars, I highly recommend buying a used car from them.

I honestly don’t know where to start. My experience was 5 stars, from day 1. I got really lucky. I was hit while I was parked over 4th of July weekend, and started a claim with Progressive. It was quickly met with great service as well as a quick estimate and payout. However, as I was blessed that Bryon’s, was the place I selected from the preferred list. I spoke with Karen(who is incredible!!) who made this entire process so seamless. I went in for a new estimate, and Antione who was great and spot on with a quick quote and gave me newer updated estimate. Which was for about 2 weeks. Karen then help me coordinate with Enterprise for my rental pick up and then return. My car was done in 5 days, instead of the 11 quoted. I even forgot my coffee cup when I dropped off my car, and when I picked it up Karen had it sitting in my cup holder washed! HIGHLY RECOMMEND These guys for all your auto body needs. I will def only bring my business here. An absolute pleasure! Service: Body & Trim
