Town Fair Tire is always my go to, in NB to be exact. The staff are always attentive, respectful and patient (especially being a woman). Angel took care of me today..not only was he funny, but he was honest. The process was quick and smooth.
I was already due to replace my tires, but a valve leak made the matter more urgent. I called the last place that did my tires for a quote and realized they were going to over charge me nearly $100 per tire. I spent a little time shopping around before landing on town fair tire, and I couldn’t be more pleased. Customer service, namely from Tatiana, was outstanding! They were helpful over the phone and willingly squeezed me in an hour later. Upon arrival Tatiana explained that she already took the initiative to price shop/ compare for me and would even be willing to do so after the job was done if I found a better deal elsewhere. Price was unmatched, customer service unmatched. Thank you all for the efficiency, professionalism, and safety you have provided for me.
