Story Brothers was one of the auto-body repair shops recommended by my Insurance Company. I was concerned with the reviews so I was hesitant to use them, as the auto body work required was complex because of the amount of damage and because the side air bags were deployed. I would not recommend to go to this place even they are approved SHOP by your insurance company. I had to go 4 times for Bumper they replaced. My worst experience dealing with them ZERO quality work, Worst/Rude customer service. I reported to my insurance company (The Hartford Insurance) I will never go to this shop fifth time if the bumper starts following a part, gap all around. See attached photos of their workmanship. I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO (negative) STAR to this SHOP. Wasted so much of my time & talking/ reporting to my insurance company. Service: Body & Trim

I had a jeep compass (the pictures is it stranded in NY after getting towed off the highway cause it had a throttle body problem) which they charged me over $400 to fix and they did absolutely nothing the throttle body still was the cause of my car shut off completely while driving mind u I have kids. We got stranded on a high way going to a funeral in NY completely missed the funeral. They have horrible service and the old man tell me one price and the other guy tell me another they not even on the same page and was arguing in front of customers. Poor customer service and bad labor. Had to go to a mechanic in plainville who actually knew the people here and did the job for free. Don’t recommend ppl to come here. Service: Auto engine diagnostic
