Monro Auto Service and Tire Centers

My visit occurred on 5/5/2023 and I was expecting to pay approximately $1000 for various preventative maintenances on my car (new tires, tune-up, new battery). After the mechanic did their free inspection they informed me that much of what I requested was unnecessary because the car was running good, my tires were in great condition, and my battery had plenty of life left. I appreciated that level of feedback because instead of just taking my money and doing what I requested they gave me detailed information therefore I walked out only having spent about $750. That's the type of service I love!

Incredibly happy with my experience here! I've only been to dealers and definitely was a bit hesitant but took the leap seeing as my oil desperately needed changing. Drew was amazing and went above and beyond; once he finished my oil change he informed me that I had two tire pressure sensors that weren't working - I then let him know that they were new but were after market and just needed to calibrated and programmed to my car. Drew completely made my day after going out of his way to make sure I was 100% taken care of. Thank you, Drew!

Be ready to get ripped off and have your time wasted by some incompetent workers. I went here for an oil change and an A/C inspection. I had booked an appointment for the day prior. Went and dropped off the car a day earlier because I had work in the morning. The manager Drew was like, "we will get it checked by tomorrow," but I waited all day on the day of the appointment and they never got back to me until the next day. They told me I needed full A/C service and refrigerant. Finally got my car on the third day. I asked one the mechanic, "the A/C should be working right?" they looked me and was like "yes, it should be working." I went to my car and turned on the A/C and it didn't work. Got one of the mechanic to try look for the issue. He said it might be the compressor. My question is why didn't they catch that earlier? Anyways, they suggested I go back for a follow up.
