My mom had gotten into her first accident and we were desperate to find a shop that wasn’t backed up. This was our option and although I had never been here before I’m glad I made the right choice ! Every staff member was professional, helpful, and pleasant to work with. They told us it would take up to 2 months to do repair and it actually took about a week to get the car back, it was so nice to hear the good news so early but again I’m glad they had told me it would take longer I can’t stand a place that sets you up. A special thank you to Leo who really made my feel at ease with this process. My mom is so happy and her car looks amazing !!

This place is great!!! the serves are amazing and they are so easy to work with, they even helped me to deal with my insurance company, who i fought with the entire time. they even helped me to find my car after my insurance company lost it . if i had to ever go through that again I'm defiantly using car star in the future !!! Empire fixed my car after I was rear ended. There was extensive damage and Empire did an amazing job fixing it. They were able to get it done in a timely manner. They kept in contact with me the whole time, updating me on the progress. Honestly, it looks better now than before the accident. I couldn't be happier with the work that they did.
