Another Mickey Mouse shop. Everything is underperformed here, even the way they treat your tires and alignment. Forget mechanics... In response to owners reply: The alignment you did by pushing struts "all away in" was faulty. The wheels could not be aligned due to the worn out of lower ball joints, which were in good condition according to your expertise, which BTW was the reason why i got involved with your business. I had to request the rear wheel balancing, cuz you just don't do that otherwise, cuz you just never done that in 14 years of your experience. And you managed to loose the lower stop plate for strut mount you replaced, that is why it kept popping out. Yes Felix you are THE professional.

I went there and said I needed 4 new tires they said I got you came back an hour later and they said all set all new tires then I tried to hand them my debit card and they said "we only expect cash you need to go walk across the street to the gas station and take cash out" soo I said what ever (this is the new Britain location) fast forward a month or soo I brought my car to my mechanic for something unrelated and he said I need new tires, I said no I just got new tires then he sent me pics showing that the tires were from 2011 and they were the wrong size my car.. DONT GO THERE

Avoid this shop at all costs. I went there to get used tires and they put on dry rotted tires as soon as I got on the highway my steering wheel started shaking. I went back and they started blaming the wheel axle and it needs an alignment. My steering wheel never did that with the older tires. After 20 mins of arguing they replaced the tires and now it’s diving normal. They get 1 star for selling me bad unsafe tires and then not wanting to fix their mistake.
